Download Instructions

To download the MP4 file click on the link above. Some browsers will open the video in a browser window which can make it difficult to save on your computer. If this happens follow the instructions below for your browser:

Firefox
Open the browsers preferences and goto Applications tab. Under Audio/MP4 make sure ‘Save file’ is selected. This should mean that the MP4 is saved rather than opened in the browser window.

Internet Explorer
Right click on the download link and choose ‘Save file as’. Choose a location then to download the file to.
